Diego F. Sánchez is an international education leader with extensive experience as Head of School and General Director at renowned educational institutions in Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, and Colombia. His approach combines academic excellence, student wellbeing, and operational efficiency to deliver lasting improvements in every school community he has led.
With experience in international programs such as the IB, Cambridge, Cognia, and the American curriculum, he has led accreditation and school transformation processes that foster innovative learning, inclusion, and students’ holistic development. He has also successfully implemented strategies for growth, professional development, and continuous improvement, combining a global vision with a local perspective.
He currently leads the New Horizons School team, where he continues to promote a culture of excellence, critical thinking, and global citizenship. Diego brings a unique combination of leadership experience, passion for education, and commitment to every student’s future.
Oneida leads financial management at New Horizons, bringing a strong focus on efficiency, organization, and enhancing the institutional processes that support the school’s operations.
